资源简介：
This zip file contains two timelapse fields of view of HeLa cells, expressing mCherry::histone 2B to mark chromosomes, which were plated on 96-well plates containing L-shaped micropatterns coated with fibronectin marked with Alexa 555.
Each field of view is 2048*2048 pixels and consists of 181 timepoints, each 8 minutes apart.
Images acquired using a GE InCellAnalyzer 2200 microscope equipped with a sCMOS CCD camera, at 10x magnification (NA 0.45 Plan Apo), 37°C, 5% CO2.
