Stable Isotope Probing experiment for rhizospheric methanotrophic communities from rice plants from two crop rotations

Stable Isotope Probin (SIP) experiment for methanotrophs from rice rhizospheric soils of a field experiment. The aim was to evaluate the impact of rice crop intensification on active methanotrophic populations from rice paddies. This data set includes 16S amplicon sequencing of 13CH4 and 12CH4 (control) slurry incubations (heavy and light fractions), as well as from rhizospheric soils.
