A whole tissue slide (108,000 x 138,000 pixels) of a transurethrally resected CRPC, which was hybridized with PTEN DISH and digitized with a Hamamatsu scanner. The whole side image was tiled into 3,726 single image patches, each of which has a dimension of 2000 x 2000 pixels. (PTEN.zip) A second whole tissue slide (84,000 x 110,000 pixels) of a transurethrally resected CRPC, which was hybridized with PTEN DISH and digitized with a Hamamatsu scanner. The whole side image was tiled into 2,310 single image patches, each of which has a dimension of 2000 x 2000 pixels. (PTEN_IDCP.zip)
