Thymic epithelial cells play the important role in the development of T cells. We performed RNA sequencing (RNA-seq) on thymic epithelial cells (mTEChi, mTEClo and cTEC) isolated from control or Prmt5-cKO (Foxn1cre Prmt5flox/flox) or Aire-KO mice. RNA-seq analysis on thymic stromal cells isolated from WT or LTbR-deficient mice.
