资源简介:
Aeromonas caviae is a highly pathogenic bacterium that causes significant economic losses in Macrobrachium rosenbergii (giant freshwater prawn) aquaculture. However, the molecular mechanisms underlying the host's immune and metabolic defenses remain poorly understood. This study employed transcriptome sequencing to investigate the transcriptomic changes in M. rosenbergii following A. caviae challenge. We identified 2,359 differentially expressed genes (DEGs), with functional enrichment analyses highlighting their pivotal roles in immunometabolic pathways, including phagosome, peroxisome, oxidative phosphorylation, and glutathione metabolism. In summary, these findings offer valuable insights for further investigations into the immune and metabolic response of M. rosenbergii against A. caviae infection.
