Lavandula angustifolia essential oil adulteration dataset

This dataset contains the raw files of GC analyses performed in the experiments: studies of adulteration of Lavandula angustifolia commercial samples (55 samples). GC-MS was performed for qualitative analysis. GC-FID analyses were performed in three variants: (1) on a type 5 column with internal standard- methyl octanoate - for quantitative purposes; (2) on a chiral column for studying the enantiomeric composition of main components, (3) on a wax column - according to Ph. Eur. monograph for a chromatographic profile of lavender essential oil. File names are self-explanatory: L01-L55 indicate sample number, A, B, C relate to analysis replicates.
