Annual transcriptome dynamics of Japanese cedar (Cryptomeria japonica) in three regions

Investigation of annual transcriptome dynamics of Japanese cedar cuttings planted in three regions (Yamagata, Ibaraki and Kumamoto, Japan). The 10-cm portion of lateral branch apexes was collected from two different cuttings (2 biological repeats) every month from February 2014 to February 2015 (13 time points) in each region (total 78 samples).
