This is the data set containing the X-CT scan of fiber UD650. The Python script UD_TURB0_CST2025.ipynb contains the segmentation process and prepares for creating a finite element (FE) mesh. The zip file of DREAM3D contains the installation file. One needs to install it into the WSL-Linux environment to execute the latter part of permeability extraction linked to the GitHub repository PermXCT https://github.com/debampl/PermXCT.git. The zip file dxchange contains the Python module to load the .txm scan data into the Python notebook for further processing. One needs to install dxchnage in the present Python environment. It may ask to install the olefile to run the "UD_TURB0_CST2025.ipynb" notebook. The FE mesh is created from voxel-based information from the XCT scan using the REAM3D pipeline.
