Bipolaris cookei strain:LSLP18.3 Genome sequencing and assembly

Bipolaris cookei is a fungus that causes target leaf spot on sorghum. Currently, there is little knowledge about the molecular basis of pathogenesis in B. cookei, in large part due to paucity of crucial resources for molecular genetics, such as a reference genome. This study had the main goal to sequence, assembly, and analyse the genome of B. cookei.
