Graduate Vocational Mobility

This dataset contains <b>10,000 anonymized graduate profiles</b> collected from CECOS University of IT and Emerging Sciences, Peshawar, Pakistan. The dataset was compiled as part of a research study examining academic performance, vocational mobility, and employment outcomes among graduates across multiple disciplines. Data were obtained through institution-approved surveys and internal academic and administrative records.Each record includes a range of attribute categories, such as:<b>Demographic information:</b> gender, age, region<b>Academic indicators:</b> program type, degree level, GPA, graduation year<b>Vocational attributes:</b> internship completion status, internship duration, skill set, employment status, job change count, current industry<b>Economic attributes:</b> starting salary and current salary<b>Institutional information:</b> university and program identifiersAll personal identifiers (names, roll numbers, email addresses, and contact details) were removed prior to dataset creation. The dataset is fully anonymized and adheres to ethical standards approved by the Institutional Ethics Review Committee of CECOS University under approval number <b>CECOS/ERC/2024/217</b>.This dataset is intended to support research in predictive modeling, graduate employability analysis, labor market forecasting, higher education analytics, and data-driven policy development.
