Dataset DescriptionThis repository contains the raw data files that were used to generate Figures 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, and 8 in the manuscript. The file names correspond to the figure (or subfigure) numbers in which they were used, allowing for straightforward cross-referencing between the data and visualized results.Data OverviewThe study is based on the analysis of time-resolved 3D images of the mouse retina. These volumetric datasets capture both structural information and dynamic changes over time, enabling detailed examination of retinal anatomy and hemodynamics.For high-resolution structural imaging, multiple volumes were processed and averaged using techniques described in the manuscript. This post-processing step enhances the signal-to-noise ratio (SNR), leading to clearer visualization of fine retinal structures.For the hemodynamic analysis, instead of averaging, we focused on temporal differences in the volumes. These differences reflect transient structural changes associated with blood flow, allowing us to extract functional information related to microvascular dynamics.
