Preliminary phylogenetic data for microbial laccase, fluorinase, and fluoroacetate dehalogenase enzymes

This dataset includes preliminary raw phylogenetic data associated with Berkeley's Superfund Project 3, 2023, investigating microbial enzymatic degradation of halogenated contaminants in situ. These initial data include uncurated FastTree files for various bacterial laccase superfamilies sourced from the LccED (Graff et al 2020); maximum likelihood treefiles for fluorinase and fluoroacetate dehalogenase; and various scripts/notebooks (in Python) used for phylogenetic curation and visualization.
