This database contains manually curated information on receptors, ligands and their interactions, and takes into account subunit structures to accurately represent heteromeric complexes. The database integrates existing datasets and newly selected information associated with cell communication, and can be used to search for specific ligands/receptors or analyze single-cell transcriptomic data via its built-in tools.
