The complexity of co-limitation: Nutrigenomics reveal non-additive interactions of calcium and phosphorus on gene expression in Daphnia pulex

We grew Daphnia pulex in a variety of low nutrient conditions (low Ca, low P, low Ca and P, high Ca and P) before extracting the RNA and sending for NGS sequencing at Genome Quebec.
