该数据集来自诊断为上皮性卵巢癌且接受手术治疗的患者，数据记录数总计1500例、1 GB。该数据集在数据集11的基础上，对卵巢癌的基因组学、转录组学和代谢组学以及免疫组组库特征进入深入分析，是第一次在中国人群进行的相关研究，为后续研究奠定了良好的基础，并可实现相关基础研究临床转化的重大突破。此数据条目，为科研、发表论文论著、制定标准和支撑服务大量医疗和科研人员而使用。

This dataset is derived from patients diagnosed with epithelial ovarian cancer who underwent surgical treatment, with a total of 1500 records and a volume of 1 GB. Built upon Dataset 11, this dataset performed in-depth analyses of the genomic, transcriptomic, metabolomic, and immune repertoire characteristics of ovarian cancer, representing the first such study conducted in the Chinese population. It has laid a solid foundation for subsequent research and facilitated major breakthroughs in the clinical translation of relevant basic research.
