This dataset contains subsampled fastq files obtained by processing data from Schmierer, B., Botla, S.K., Zhang, J., Turunen, M., Kivioja, T. and Taipale, J., 2017. CRISPR/Cas9 screening using unique molecular identifiers. Molecular systems biology, 13(10), p.MSB177834. Reads where the UMIs start with 'AG' were used for subsampling as described in the original publication.
