We used spatially resolved RNA sequencing (srRNA-seq) to identify trabecular osteoblast cell stress response pathway to misfolding of type I procollagen with Gly610->Cys substitution in the triple helical region of alpha2(I) chain (trabecular region of proximal tibia adjacent to the growth plate).
