To study the role of SAT1-mediated polyamine catabolism in lung cancer, we established a doxycycline inducible SAT1 expression (OE) lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD) A549 cell line. RNA sequencing was performed for SAT1 OE (dox treatment for 24 hours) and control cells to identify the significantly upregulated and downregulated genes caused by SAT1 OE.
