To investigate the transcriptional regulation of ethylene and JA signals on terpenoid indole alkaloids biosynthesis, RNA-seq data were generated and provided insights into the key TFs involved in the regulatory network of terpenoid indole alkaloids pathways. Overall design: 2-week-old seedlings were sprayed with 100µM ethephon (ET) or 100µM MeJA and then sampled at 0, 3 and 24 h for RNA-seq.
