FOSL1 Knockdown in PANC-1: RNA-Seq Analysis

This study aims to explore the impact of FOSL1 knockdown on the gene expression profile of PANC-1 cells using RNA sequencing (RNA-seq) analysis. By silencing FOSL1, a key transcription factor, we seek to identify changes in the transcriptome that may reveal insights into the regulatory mechanisms and signaling pathways influenced by FOSL1. The findings from this study may contribute to understanding the role of FOSL1 in pancreatic cancer biology and offer potential therapeutic targets for intervention.
