Household Cloth Object Set is a dataset developed by the Spanish Institute of Industrial and Informatics, focusing on household textile objects and aiming to facilitate benchmarking for deformable object manipulation. The dataset includes 23 items with distinct sizes, shapes and fabric categories, such as towels, bed sheets, tablecloths and other similar products. During its development, researchers collected RGB-D images, object scans and microscopic images to comprehensively characterize the properties of the cloth materials. This dataset is primarily applied in the field of robotic cloth manipulation, to address core challenges in cloth handling including folding, unfolding and grasping.
