资源简介:
This study was a genome-wide association study (GWAS) of working memory, conducted in a sample of 2471 participants who attended the Age 24 Clinic of the Avon Longitudinal Study of Parents and Children (ALSPAC). Working memory was measured through a numeric n-back task with the primary outcome d', a signal-detection metric that considers both hits and false alarms on the n-back to derive an overall estimate of signal-detection ability.
