Alyssum gmelinii and Alyssum spruneri adaptation to serpentine soil

Short read sequencing data from four couples of serpentine - non-serpentine plant populations belonging to Alyssum gmelinii and Alyssum spruneri species. The data was used to infer the repeated genetic signatures of local adaptation to serpentine environments and measure gene- and function-level convergence across species.
