RNAseq of FACS sorted testes from Mus X-Y mismatch experimental crosses

We tested if X-Y match from the same Mus musculus subspecies on an F1 hybrid autosomal background rescued sterility effects and misexpression seen in sterile F1 Mus hybrids. We also tested if X-Y mismatch on a non-hybrid background led to sterility and misexpression. We compared expression in X-Y rescue and X-Y mismatch cross types to control F1 mice using transcriptomic data from cell populations sorted from mouse whole testes.
