Single cell transcriptomes of developing chicken hind limbs at stages HH21, HH24 and HH27

We sequenced single cells coming from three developmental stages of chicken forelimb. We identified different cell populations with distinct transcriptional profiles. The supplementary file contains processed UMI count matrices, which also include meta data of each cell, e.g. cluster. 10x single cell RNA-seq of dissociated developing forelimbs limbs of chicken at stages HH21, HH24 and HH27. Samples HH21 and HH24 were sequenced in two runs, of the same library.
