The array is a 4 X 44K design with each sub-array representing approximately 7000 expressed sequence tags (ESTs). An average of 3 different oligos are included for each EST. All EST derived oligos are duplicated on each sub-array totaling 45220 features including Agilent added features. After combining the duplicated oligos present on the array a total of 21006 unique EST oligos remain.The manufacturer is Agilent, custom-commercial distribution, technology type in situ oligonucleotide.
