Tumor-derived EBI3 promotes CD8+ T cell exhaustion via STAT4-IL10CCL5 axis in gastric cancer

10 fresh-frozen tumor samples of the GC patients were obtained from Tianjin Medical University General Hospital. The expression levels of EBI3 in 10 tumor samples were detected by RT-PCR. Samples were divided into high and low expression groups based on the median expression of EBI3.
