RNA-seq of human spermatozoa using different cryopreservation methods

Spermatozoa cryopreservation is an important technique to preserve fertility for males. This study aimed at exploring the stability of epigenetics information in human spermatozoa manipulated by two different technology: slow freezing vs. vitrification. In this study, we reported the epigenetic differences in three groups: fresh, slow-frozen and vitrified human spermatozoa by high-throughput RNA sequencing.
