scAgeCom Seurat TMS objects

These are the Seurat objects (rds files) that contain the Tabula Muris Senis (Droplet and FACS) datasets used as inputs to the scAgeCom intercellular communication analysis. They are similar to the original (python) TMS datasets and, in addition, they contain custom cell type names and families used specifically for the cell-cell communication analysis.
