Dataset supporting: Maple sap chemistry across climatic and edaphic gradients

This dataset supports the manuscript entitled "Maple sap chemistry across climatic and edaphic gradients". It includes the physicochemical properties and elemental composition of maple sap collected daily during the sugaring season 2025 from five commercial sugarbushes located in contrasting climatic and edaphic conditions in Quebec, Canada. The dataset consists of individual measurements used to investigate the relationships between climatic conditions, soil properties, and maple sap chemistry.
