This article substantiates a methodology of creative teaching for the discipline “Technology of National and Oriental Sweets” within the system of vocational and professional education. The study proceeds from a paradox specific to technological disciplines: the subject is governed by sanitary norms, fixed temperature regimes and physico-chemical constraints whose violation renders the product defective or unsafe, so that creativity appears to stand in contradiction with technological discipline.
