Transcriptomic profiling of Malat1-deficient and WT Th2 and naïve CD4+ T cells isolated from spleens and lymphnodes of female and male mice to determine sex-specific effects of Malat1 on CD4+ T cell differentiation in vitro. Overall design: Examination of expression profiles of splenic and lymph node CD4+ T cells from naive female (samples 1-4) and male (samples 9-12) WT and Malat1-/- female (samples 5-8) and male (samples 13-16) mice and Th2 stimulated female (samples 17-20) and male (samples 25-28) WT and Malat1-/- female (samples 21-24) and male (samples 29-32) mice using RNASeq.
