This file contains the data used in Sytiuk et al. Linkages between Sphagnum metabolites and peatland CO2 uptake are sensitive to seasonality in warming trends. Accepted in New Phytologist.
There are data for:
- the concentration of the nine primary and secondary metabolites quantified in Sphagnum species (water phenols, chlorophyll a and b, carotenoids, total phenols, flavonoids, tannins, carbohydrates, and proline)
- PCA scores performed on Sphagnum metabolite matrix
- Environmental data
- CO2 exchanges at the plot level
