16S Sequencing in the Aquatic-Terrestrial Ecotone of Danjiangkou Reservoir

This dataset presents high-throughput 16S rRNA gene amplicon sequencing data obtained from the aquatic-terrestrial ecotone of Danjiangkou Reservoir-the core water source of the Middle Route of the South-to-North Water Diversion Project in China. It is designed to characterize the microbial community structure, diversity, and their ecological associations in this unique transitional ecosystem.
