The new intelligent micro-steam oven improves hyperlipidemia by regulating the gut flora

Hyperlipidemia is a serious public health problem. A healthy diet is essential for patients with hyperlipidemia. However, they still lack avenues to access professional advice. The new intelligent micro-steam oven, equipped with a health management system, provides healthy recipes and can offer scientific dietary recommendations for patients with hyperlipidemia. This study aimed to evaluate the lipid-lowering effect of a home chronic disease management plan offered through the intelligent micro-steam oven. This study found that the diet plans provided by the new intelligent micro-steam oven have a lipid-lowering effect, which is likely achieved through improving the gut flora of patients with hyperlipidemia.
