RNA-Sequencing quantitative analysis of transcriptomes changes between veh., and glutamate with or without P.edulis extracts treated mouse hippocampal HT-22 cells

Purpose: RNA-sequencing provides the system-based analysis of cellular pathways. The goals of this stude are to evaluate whether P.edulis attenuate glutamate-induced neurotoxicity via modify the expression of differenterly exprssed genes (DEGs) ant the relatives signaling pathways Methods: HT-22 cells mRNA samples from veh., glutamate with/without P.edulis pulp extract (FP) (100 μg/mL) or P. edulis peel extract (PP) (25 μg/mL) were used for transcriptomic analysis which performed by Beijing Genomics Institute (Hongkong).
