资源简介:
Metabolic dysfunction-associated steatoheptaitis (MASH) is a chronic liver disease caused by prolonged poor diet. During MASH-induced chirrosis in humans and diet-induced MASH in murine models, T cells accumulated in the liver but their function in MASH is unresolved. We aimed to evaluated differences in T cell phenotype and T cell receptor (TCR) repertoire in T cells from the livers of diseased humans and murine models. This set contains human sequencing data. Overall design: Diseased human liver samples were selected from a bioreposistory of patients who had undergone liver transplantation. Non-diseased human liver samples were purchased from Triangle Research Laboraties with the exception of PBMC samples 2-4, which were sourced from 10x Genomics' online datasets (for patient info, see publication Table 1).
