Metagenomes of mudflat intertidal sediments collected from different depths

This study dataset included multiple mudflat intertidal metagenomes collected in 2023, to understand the biodiversity, functional potential, and ecology mechanisms of microbial and viral communities in intertidal sediments. The intertidal sediment samples were collected from Qingdao of China. The sampling depths for intertidal sediment included 0-20, 20-40, 40-60, 60-80, and 80-100 cm.
