通过与工商、税务、人行、法院等部门数据共享，建立企业负债和经营两大类风险管控与预警模型，全面掌握企业运行态势，识别高风险企业，实现对海量企业事前风险感知、事中预警处置、事后重点监控的全流程闭环管理，保障经济稳定运行、助力相关监管部门、社会机构高效决策、有效防范金融等相关风险。

This dataset is established through data sharing with authorities including industry and commerce, tax, the People's Bank of China (PBC), and people's courts. It builds two categories of risk management and early warning models for corporate liabilities and operational conditions, aiming to comprehensively grasp the operational status of enterprises, identify high-risk enterprises, and realize full-process closed-loop management covering ex-ante risk perception, in-progress early warning and disposal, and ex-post key monitoring for massive enterprises. It helps ensure stable economic operation, supports relevant regulatory authorities and social institutions in making efficient decisions, and effectively prevents financial and other related risks.
