Synthetic Survival Data Generation for Heart Failure Prognosis Using Deep Generative Models This collection features five public datasets of synthetically generated tabular data in heart failure patients, each created using a different generative model. The datasets include: TVAE.csv from a Tabular Variational Autoencoder (TVAE), ADSGAN.csv from an ADSGAN SurvivalGAN_df.csv from a SurvivalGAN. TabDDPM_df.csv, generated by a Tabular Denoising Diffusion Probabilistic Model (TabDDPM) NFlow_df.csv, created by a Normalizing Flow (NFlow) model. columns_class.yaml, specify discrete or continuous variables.
