Dataset: Preferences and Predictors of Peer Support Platform Usage Among Gen Z University Students in Jakarta

This dataset contains the survey responses of 400 Generation Z university students in Jakarta, Indonesia, regarding their usage and preferences for digital peer support platforms (e.g., social media menfess, Discord communities, mental health applications). The data was collected to analyze the predictors of user satisfaction using an adapted technology acceptance model. The dataset includes: Screening & Demographics: Student status, generational cohort, domicile, university location, gender, semester, and study program. User Behavior: Primary platform used, frequency of use, user role (e.g., silent reader, seeker, supporter), and subscription status. Measurement Items: Likert-scale responses (1-5) for five latent variables: Performance Expectancy (PE), Effort Expectancy (EE), Social Influence (SI), Price Value (PV), and User Satisfaction (SAT). Note: Personal Identifiable Information (PII) such as emails and exact submission timestamps have been removed to ensure respondent anonymity.
