Differences in rhizosphere bacterial composition of different genotypes of grain amaranth under salt stress

In this project, different amaranth genotypes (A. cruentus, A. hypochondriacus, A. hybridus A. caudatus, and A. tricolor) were grown under controlled and field salinity conditions. The rhizosphere bacterial community composition was assessed to analyze how host genotype guides the adaptive assembly of the rhizosphere bacterial community.
