Additional file 2: R code and data for the manuscript “Using Near-Infrared Spectroscopy to predict nitrogen and phosphorus contents of herbarium specimens under different storage conditions”. This file contains two parts. First, the R-code_supporting_information.R, which can be used to recreate statistics and plots presented in this publication. Second, the “Basic_code”, which can be used for the creation and analysis of NIRS calibrations, as well as two data tables as formatting examples.
