ZIKV NS5 WT expression in human brain microvascular endothelical cells (hBMECs) alters transcriptional responses and downregulate genes related to cell cycle, nucleosome formation and interferon stimulated genes (ISGs). hBMECs were transduced with lentiviral vectors for the expression of ZIKV NS5 WT and the mutants ZIKV NS5 K525R and ZIKV NS5 NLS. After 48h of transduction, total RNA was extracted and submitted to Affymetrix microarray analysis. Mock-transduced cells were used as control.
