Differential transcriptome analysis of in vitro mutagenized Fusarium tolerants plants of ginger cv. Himgiri

Fusarium oxysporum f.sp. zingiberi tolerant ginger was produced through in vitro mutagenesis and selection which showed tolerance to Fusarium wilt under field conditions. Differential transcriptome analysis of these plants was carried out to study the mechanism of resistance, gingerol biosynthetic pathway, cell signaling mechanisms, hormonal regulation and development of SSR markers.
