This API generates a QR code image from a given URL. Send a GET request to "/qr-code" with the "url" parameter in the query string. If "url" is missing, a 400 error is returned. If there's an error generating the QR code, a 500 error with the error message is returned. If successful, a PNG image of the QR code is returned, with a content disposition header of "qr_code.png".
