PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide ligneous laminated material allowing prevention of productivity decrease and modification for a characteristic variation of a strand board while reaching high strength and high water-proof performance of the strand board to some extent. SOLUTION: Two of five layers of a strand layer 1 of a strand board B are arranged on a front and a rear surface respectively， both of which are configured to be higher density strand layers 1a than the other layers of the strand layer 1， while the other layers of the strand layer 1 are configured to be lower density strand layers 1b.
