Preliminary Assessment of Human Parasitic Neglected Tropical Diseases (NTDs) in the Rinconada Lake System (RLS) of Camarines Sur, Philippines

This study aims to detect NTDs using amplicon metagenomics from Lake Buhi, Bato, and Baao of the Rinconada Lake System of Camarines Sur, Philippines. This is a basic research project funded by Bicol University and headed by Joseph Martin Q. Paet.
