DArT-seq files

Diversity Arrays (DArT-seqTM) files for Eudyptes penguins. metadata.xlsx refers to the three data files (Report_DEud17-3204_SNP_2.csv, Report_DEud17-3204_SNP_singlerow_2.csv and Report_DEud17-3204_SilicoDArT_1.csv). The Report_DEud17-3204_SNP_2.csv was imported into R using the DartR package, along with Data_Ind_Meta3.csv.
