Data used to generate Figure 2b. This dataset accompanies the manuscript:“Extensive variation between chromosomes of North American and European hop”. Bar plot showing the distribution of ancestry coefficients obtained from structure analysis. For most of the pure Eu and NAm lines, we did not observed admixture (K=5), indicating separate lineages. Further, two clusters within H. lupulus were identified at K=5, indicating the origin of a new lineage within H. lupulus.
